After using the ultrafiltration equipment for a period of time, if the pressure difference is ≤ 1KG, or if it has been working for 3-6 months, perform chemical cleaning. The equipment can be stopped for cleaning, or the cleaning cycle can be determined based on the actual situation (if the inlet water quality is poor, the cleaning cycle should be shortened).
1. Cleaning method
Place chemicals suitable for cleaning in this industry in the cleaning water tank. Open the concentrated water cleaning return tank valve and the fresh water cleaning return tank valve, close other valves, then start the cleaning pump, slowly open the cleaning inlet valve, wait for the pressure to increase to 0.05-0.15 MPa, cycle for 1-3 hours, and then rinse the equipment with clean water before putting it into use.
