The reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is divided into two parts, one is the pretreatment commissioning, and the other is the commissioning of the reverse osmosis host. The pretreatment is mainly the positive and negative washing of quartz sand and activated carbon to wash away the fine sand, carbon and impurities, and control the water inflow. The commissioning of the reverse osmosis host is mainly to adjust the flow and pressure of water inflow and outflow, which can be summarized as follows:

1. The water inlet of the device is analyzed and tested, and the results show that the water inlet requirements are met, then the water commissioning of the device can be carried out.

2. Adjust the pressure control system of the high-pressure pump.

3. Check whether the connection between all pipelines of the device is perfect, whether the pressure gauge is complete, and whether the low-pressure pipeline is tightly connected and short.

4. Fully open one pressure gauge switch, main inlet valve, concentrated water discharge valve and produced water discharge valve.

5. Start the pretreatment equipment and adjust that the water supply is greater than the total water inflow of the unit.

6. Backwash and wash the sand carbon filter until the water is clear.

7. Start the high-pressure pump, slowly open the main water inlet valve of the device, the total water inlet pressure of the control device is less than 0.5MPa, flush for 5 minutes, and check whether each high-pressure and low-pressure pipeline and instrument are normal.

8. Adjust the inlet valve and concentrated water discharge valve to make the inlet pressure reach 1.0 ~ 1.4mpa.

9. Check the conductivity of product water. When it meets the requirements, open the product outlet water valve and close the product water discharge valve.

10. The commissioning of RO device is manual one-step operation. It can be switched to automatic state only after normal operation, and the operation is automatically controlled by online instrument and PLC.

11. Start the regeneration system to see whether the regeneration system works normally.

The most important thing to pay attention to in reverse osmosis commissioning is: remember to close the water outlet valve and open the high-pressure pump, which will cause great damage. Therefore, during commissioning, you must pay attention to whether the pipeline is in the same state before starting the water pump.
