Equipment water production:

Washing for 3 minutes or effluent turbidity less than 1 NTU is qualified.

2. Water production

Start making water.

System operation inspection.

Equipment backwashing:

Check whether the liquid level of the backwashing water tank is at a high level, which must meet the requirements of the backwashing water volume of the filter.

Open the backwash drain valve mv114

Open the backwash water inlet valve mv113 and backwash for 5 minutes.

2 drainage

Close the backwash water inlet valve mv113.

Turn off backwash pump P102.

Open forward valve mv116 and exhaust valve mv117.

Drain water until the liquid level of the filter reaches the middle part of the upper mirror (drain time 10 minutes).

3 gas scrubbing

Close the front exhaust valve mv116.

Open the intake valve mv115.

The air scrubbing time is 3-5 minutes.

4 water backwashing

Close inlet valve mv115 and exhaust valve mv117.

Start the backwash pump P102.

Open the backwash water inlet valve mv113 and backwash for 10-15 minutes.

5 standing

Close the backwash water inlet valve mv113.

Turn off backwash pump P102.

Let it stand for 3 minutes.

6 washing (2)

Close the backwash drain valve mv114.

Open water inlet valve mv111 and lower discharge valve mv116.

When the washing time is 30 minutes or the effluent turbidity is less than 1 NTU, the washing is qualified.

The equipment is put into standby state.

Device switching:

When the operation time of a multi-media filter reaches the accumulated operation time of backwashing, the filter will be backwashed according to the sequence of "equipment backwashing". After the backwashing, the filter will enter the standby state. At the same time, the original standby filter will be put into operation.

Operation instruction

In the multi-media filter, the operation of the multi-media filter and the forward and reverse washing are all automatic. During the trial operation or after the formal operation, it should be adjusted according to the following contents:

1 treatment capacity:

Design treatment flow: 27m3 / h, design flow rate: 5.5m/h.

2 continuous operation time:

The design operation time of the system is 24 hours, and then the multi-media filter should be backwashed; The backwashing cycle should be adjusted according to different seasons and water quality changes to ensure that the effluent turbidity is less than 1 degree. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the multi-media filter reaches 0.03 MPa, it should be backwashed.

3 backwash flow rate:

The purpose of backwashing is to make the quartz sand and anthracite reverse loose, and wash away the intercepts on the filter layer, so as to clean the filter layer. Generally, the backwashing flow rate is controlled at about 30 m / s, and the anthracite is not washed away.

4 backwashing time:

The length of backwashing time is related to the amount of sewage intercepted by the packing layer. The backwashing time can be determined according to the turbidity of backwashing drainage. Generally, the turbidity of backwashing should be less than 1 NTU, i.e. 1 degree, and the time should not be less than 5 minutes, which can be adjusted according to the operation conditions.

5. Washing flow rate:

The washing flow rate can be about 25m3 / h.

6 washing time:

The turbidity of washing water is about 1 degree, usually about 30 minutes.

7. Addition of quartz sand and anthracite:

Due to running friction, backwashing and flushing, the filler layer will gradually decrease. It is necessary to monitor the change of the filler through the observation hole. It will decrease about 100-200 mm every half a year, and it will be added once every half a year.

8 operation management:

Strictly follow the operation procedures, observe the effluent turbidity, and pay special attention to whether the flocculant dosing pump works normally. Whether the dosage of the metering pump is correct should be checked regularly.
